​ Raw Chocolate Pudding

Some things just taste too good to be healthy. Well you can pinch yourself with this recipe. Not only does this taste incredible, it is also very good for your whole body, loaded with potassium, monounsaturated fatty acids, fiber, triglycerides, and vitamins A, B5, B6, folate, iron, and magnesium, just to name a few. Not to mention all the added benefits of cacao (I'll link the cacao blog here)

Creamy, rich, chocolaty, and smooth, this pudding is a guiltless pleasure that is sure to make every mouth and body happy. Delicious enough to be a dessert and yet healthy and filling enough to be a meal.

3 ripe or over-ripe bananas

3 avocados

1 cup of raw cashews

1/2 cup of cacao power

1 tablespoon of raw vanilla extract

3 Tbl of agave (add more to taste depending on the ripeness of the bananas)

Almond or coconut milk to achieve desired consistancy

Pinch of Himalayan salt


If you have a little time, it would be best to soak the cashews for a few hours, but it isn’t necessary. Mix all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more agave to taste.

Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
